Click! Click! “One last pic madam and that’s it”, said the camera man as he repositioned the camera. Hey wait! There’s nothing like a photo shoot going on here neither am I creating my portfolio. This is a normal passport size photo of 2 x 2 inch for filling out my new job application. Yes, you guessed it right, my name is Deepika but without the surname Padukone. I am not an actress; I don’t live under the limelight but yes, would love to hatch attention if my stars favours upon me. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like being a star, starting from morning till late night everything is about lights, camera, make up, autograph, interviews, frequent travelling and most important, a hefty amount of cheque. Wow!! What a life. A huge fan following wherever you go, a page 3 life , vacations all around the globe, at place of your choice and the most exciting thing…Shopping!! Shop till you drop because you need not to worry about your account balance at least for that moment. Huuuh…dreams or illusions whichever whimsical word you use, at the end we have to face the reality of the same 9-10 hrs shift job. The Job that makes us earn bread and butter.

Since the time I shifted to Bangalore, life has become more like a pendulum between home and office. Nostalgia of staying away from home and family can’t be expressed in mere words but then the work of my interest has helped me to work hard with all my efforts and fulfill my dream of buying a cozy home and get my parents here to stay with me forever. I know I may be aiming too high at a young age but c’mon don’t you think if you see dreams at the sprouting stage of your life it has more chances to bloom, than the dreams seen at the venerable stage where zeal and enthusiasm have better chances to perish off. I may not be earning like Deepika Padukone nor do I hope to own a luxurious villa or apartment like her but I am quite excited about owning a comfortable and stylish apartment someday in a serene location. Won’t you feel bright waking up to some refreshing chirping’s of nature like the burbling of waterfalls, singing birds or ocean waves compared to the honking vehicles? I am sure that honk will keep you cranky all day!

Well a few days back while browsing the internet I came through some of the new projects coming up in Bangalore. Another 2 projects which grabbed my attention are Prestige Lakeside Habitat and Prestige Augusta Golf Village by the famous Prestige Group. I am a big fan of Disney characters since childhood and have grown up fantasizing living in a Disney world always. I think Prestige Lakeside Habitat can accomplish my dream, because this project is based on Disney theme! Really excited to visit this township and book an apartment here. Similarly, August Golf Village will help me brush my knowledge on golf. I love this game, ever since I saw it playing on the television but have hardly got a chance to experience this game in real. I hope staying in August Golf Village will not only provide a luxurious home but also will help me to bring the sports person out of me.
